  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Order will be processed within 3-5 business days of it being placed.
    Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, during office hours, and do not operate on public holidays.

    A tracking number will be emailed once your order is sent out to be shipped. 

    Once you receive your shipment, please open it with care. We are not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your order.

     

    REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Refunds & Exchanges available within 14 days of purchase.
    If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, the item refund or exchange can no longer be offered. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with proof of purchase.

    Return shipping costs are covered by patron


    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected,  an email will be sent to notify you that the return item has been recieved. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact caren.chroma@gmail.com


    SALE ITEMS

    Only regular priced items may be refunded ; Sale items cannot be refunded.


    EXCHANGES

    Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.
